An LNG supply assistance device for a cargo tank of an LNG carrier, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body which has a receiving space having an open top and bottom inlets vertically penetrated to allow LNG to flow thereinto along the bottom end edge thereof; a round bar-shaped sealing member which is arranged on the top of the bottom inlets to be moved and prevents LNG flowing into the receiving space from being discharged to the bottom inlets; and a bracket which is inserted into the bottom of the receiving space and then is detachably coupled to the inner circumference of the receiving space by a fastening member to cover the top of the bottom inlets and the outer side of the sealing member, wherein the bracket has a top inlet and side inlets in the top and sides thereof. Therefore, the present invention enables the easy installation and replacement of multiple round bars.
