The present invention relates to a mixed material composition for a high strength concrete, and a high strength concrete structure manufactured thereby. More particularly, the mixed material composition for a high strength concrete can maintain performance of blast furnace slag by enabling adjustment of viscosity and exhibition of strength through a mixed material without controlling fineness and amount, etc., of the blast furnace slag to be used while enhancing strength of the concrete. According to the present invention, the mixed material containing blast furnace slag for high strength concrete is prepared by mixing blast furnace slag fine powder and an inorganic additive.
