The present invention relates to an eco-friendly paint composition and eco-friendly paint including the same. More specifically, provided is an eco-friendly paint composition which exhibits excellent adhesion force and does not cause illness due to harmful substances such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, and sick house syndrome. Also provided is eco-friendly paint including the same. To this end, the paint composition contains a mixture of plaster and blast furnace slag, an aggregate, a pyroligneous liquor-impregnated aggregate, and a powdered acrylic resin.
