The method for a pre-selective information providing service comprises at least one step among: an information reception target amount setting step where a client connects to a service providing application to set and register a target amount of information reception for each month; an information providing method and content introduction step where a service provider introduces a type, a method, and a benefit of information suitable for the information reception target to the client; an information pre-selection step where the client views an introduced mobile information content, and pre-selects information needed for the client; an information exposure step of exposing the information selected by the client in a method desired by the client; an information receiving step where the client takes an appropriate action after viewing the exposed information; and a benefit providing step of providing a promised benefit according to the method in which the client receives the information and a result.
