The present invention provides a smart vehicle information recognition system based on the internet of things, which improves the convenience of a user by providing the replacement time of vehicle consumables, such as engine oil, an oil filter, a drive valve, a fuel filter, etc., through the mileage detection of a vehicle. The smart vehicle information recognition system based on the internet of things comprises: a user portable terminal which has a PS receiver to detect the movement information of the vehicle and a camera module to photograph the driving image of the vehicle; a vehicle consumable management application which is installed in the user portable terminal and receives the movement information of the vehicle from a GPS receiver of the user portable terminal to calculate the speed and mileage of the vehicle; and a vehicle black box application which is installed in the user portable terminal and receives the driving images of the vehicle from the camera module of the user portable terminal to be stored and managed therein.
