The present invention relates to a heat energy collection device and, more specifically, to a heat energy collection device using chemical reaction heat to collect heat generated in hydration reaction of lime (CaO) and generated when potassium hydroxide [Ca(OH)2] reacts with waste hydrochloric acid (20% or greater of HCI). The heat energy collection device comprises: a first reaction tank accommodating the lime (CaO) to react with supplied water (H_2_O) and storing hydration reaction heat generated when the lime (CaO) reacts with the water (H_2_O); a second reaction tank forming aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide [Ca(OH)2] generated in the first reaction tank to be suitable for pumping and reacting with the waste hydrochloric acid (HCI) by injecting the same; and an accommodation tank accommodating the first reaction tank and the second reaction tank, wherein the water (H_2_O) heat-exchanged with the first reaction tank and the second reaction tank is injected into the accommodation tank.
