The present invention relates to an antigen peptide composition for diagnosing latent tuberculosis infection and active tuberculosis infection, and to uses thereof. The present invention relates to a method for measuring cytokine such as interferon- with respect to the activation of NK cells or T lymphocytes (T cells) by using a tuberculosis-specific antigen peptide composition. Provided in the present invention is the peptide composition for diagnosing tuberculosis, comprising a plurality of peptides, which can diagnose latent tuberculosis in an effective manner.
