The present invention relates to a device for noise vibration reduction of an alternators pulley and, more specifically, relates to a device for noise vibration reduction of an alternators pulley, which comprises: a pulley part combined with a rotating shaft of the alternator, wherein a pendulum damper adapter part is inserted; and the pendulum damper adapter part wherein a pendulum is mounted, and a pendulum RPM having the same RPM and frequency of the pulley part, and an opposite phase is generated to reduce vibration of the pulley part, thereby reducing vibration of the rotating shaft of the alternator and the pulley part combined with the rotating shaft of the alternator.
