The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving a multi-carrier signal based on a filter bank, and more specifically, to a method and an apparatus for reusing a filter for transmitting and receiving a multi-carrier signal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for reusing a filter for transmitting and receiving a multi-carrier signal is a communication method in a base station which communicates using a filter bank-based multi-carrier signal, and comprises: a step of assigning filters having non-orthogonality to a first terminal positioned in a cell to communicate; a step of selecting one filter set among two or more filter sets having orthogonality to a second terminal positioned on an edge of the cell; and a step of assigning at least one filter among filters included in the selected filter set to the second terminal to communicate.
