The present invention provides a ground anchor installation method of extending and improving an anchoring area using an extended excavation agitator which firstly forms a soil cement bulb body by extending and excavating an anchoring area section and spraying grout, and secondly forms a deep bulb body in the soil cement bulb body to increase tension of an anchor by increasing an allowed adhesion of the soil cement bulb body and the deep bulb body to reduce a number of installed anchors; shortens a construction time; and reduces construction costs. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the ground anchor installation method of extending and improving an anchoring area using an extended excavation agitator comprises: a step of inserting an out casing into a soil ground to a free area section, and performing drilling work through the out casing; a step of mounting on a front end of an inner casing of an extended excavation agitator, then inserting into the out casing, then spraying grout liquid from the front end of the extended excavation agitator through an inner casing, and performing extension, excavation, and agitation work in an anchoring area section; a step of removing the inner casing and the extended excavation agitator from the out casing when extension, excavation, and agitation of the anchoring area section are completed, and then further inserting the out casing to a front end of the extended and excavated anchoring area section; a step of inserting a grouting injection hose to the front end of the out casing, and then injecting the grout liquid into the out casing using the grouting injection hose until the out casing is filled with the grout liquid; and a step of inserting and installing an anchor steel wire body into the out casing, and then removing the out casing from the soil ground.
