The present invention relates to an electrical moxibustion device using ceramics. The electrical moxibustion device using ceramics controls temperature and time of moxibustion therapy through a particular program and can perform moxibustion therapy under optimal conditions, while a ceramic material heating plate is formed in a moxibustion tool having a charging battery unit installed therein. To this end, the electrical moxibustion device using ceramics according to the present invention comprises: a moxibustion tool for emitting heat of a particular temperature by using a ceramic material heating plate as a medium; and a charging cradle for providing charging electrical power for operating the moxibustion tool. The moxibustion tool comprises: a battery unit in which electrical power provided from the charging cradle is charged; a heating unit for heating the heating plate by using electrical power from the battery unit as a medium; a display unit for displaying an operation state of the moxibustion tool; a switch unit for turning on or turning off the moxibustion tool, and adjusting a temperature of the heating plate; an infrared temperature sensor for measuring a current temperature, and transmitting the temperature to a control unit; and a control unit for operating the heating unit by using electrical power of the battery unit on the basis of input information from a particular program installed therein, the switch unit, and the infrared temperature sensor, and performing a series of controlling processes with respect to the overall operation of the device so as to output a current operation state of the moxibustion tool through a display unit.
