Provided is a technique for producing a shoe tree which correctly fits to a foot of a consumer and is convenient. While a virtual heel having a height desired by a consumer and a toe-spring support suitable to the height of the virtual heel are disposed, a consumer sits not to load his/her weight on his/her soles and puts his/her knees over a knee disposing rod. At the same time, a foot of the consumer is scanned by a 3D camera. By utilizing a 3D printer, rubber clay, and the like, a shoe tree which correctly fits to the foot of the consumer is produced. A system for producing a cut-away form of a customized shoe by using a virtual heel and a three-dimensional production process according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a foot support including a virtual heel disposed corresponding to the height of a heel of a customized shoe to enable a user to put his/her foot thereon, and a toe-spring support disposed to position a foot according to a toe-spring of a foot which is differently set according to the height of the virtual heel; a knee support for supporting the knee of the user to prevent the weight of the user from being applied to his/her foot when the user puts his/her foot on the virtual heel and the toe-spring support; a three-dimensional scanning device for scanning the users foot which is put on the virtual heel and the toe-spring support; an image treating device for producing a cut-away form image of the user by treating an image photographed by the three-dimensional scanning device; and a cut-away form producing device for producing a cut-away form of the foot of the user on the basis of the cut-away form image produced by the image treating device.
