Aspect includes calculating equipment, system and method, for adjusting the distribution of task to processor core in multiple core processing system, is maximized with increasing service life and device performance through consume processor core. Reliability engine can be configured as thermal output and the leakage current for collecting operation or built-in self-test data, and one group of equivalent processqr core configuration of historical time is to be used for identical purpose. Collected data can be applied to weighting function, in each equivalent processqr core priority group of determination. High reliability engine can rearrange virtual processor according to the equivalent processqr core of priority tag conversion table. A high level operating system, which can issue processing request given processor core and given processor core, can be translated into different processor cores according to the sequence of processor core by the priority that indicates.
