The present invention relates to a dual-polymerized bisphenol A-glycidyl dimethacrylate (bis-GMA) based fluorine-containing dental composition, an antibacterial fluorine-containing dental composition further including an antibacterial material, and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a dual-polymerized bis-GMA based fluorine varnish composition, an antibacterial fluorine varnish composition further containing an antibacterial material, and a method for preparing the same. The fluorine sustained-release type dental composition according to the present invention gradually releases fluorine ions to impart high anti-dental carious properties to tooth tissue over a long period of time. Thus, the dental composition is preferred for dental adhesive, dental filler, resin for constructing a dental support, sealant of pit and fissure, dental coating agent, dental cement, hypersensitivity treatment agent, dental fluorine varnish, or the like.
