The present invention relates to a technology for extracting and displaying information on the vertical radio parameters of the ionosphere above an oblique radio sounding position from the oblique radio data of the ionosphere measured by a high-frequency-band radar. A device for extracting and displaying the vertical radio parameters of the ionosphere comprises: a collection part for collecting the raw data of oblique radio sounding from two or more ionosphere observers, which are placed in different regions; a first processing part for extracting an oblique radio trace based on the collected raw data of oblique radio sounding; and a second processing part for converting the extracted oblique radio trace into a vertical radio trace and extracting information on the ionosphere based on the converted vertical radio trace.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
