The present invention relates to a method for detecting splice variants of breakpoint cluster region-Abelson (Bcr-Abl) fusion gene, and to a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) composition for detecting the splice variants of Bcr-Abl fusion gene. The method for detecting the splice variants of Bcr-Abl fusion gene provided in the present invention can be used for quantifying mRNA expression level of variant fusion gene, which is difficult to be precisely quantified by using gel electrophoresis, and thus facilitates simple and cost efficient detection of the splice variants. Accordingly, the method for detecting splice variants of the present invention can be applied to early diagnosis and treatment plan of chronic leukemia by graphene oxide-based fluorescent detection analysis.
