AEROMONAS CAVIAE JB-014 STRAIN HAVING SORPTION OF ANIONIC DYE AND METAL, AND BIOMASS USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an Aeromonas caviae JB-014 strain (donation number KACC92009P) which is a water quality improving microorganism separated from river waste water and has a rapid adsorption reaction speed with respect to anionic dyes and metals, and to a biomass using the same. The Aeromonas caviae JB-014 strain according to the present invention can be effectively adsorbed in and remove an anionic dye, an anionic heavy metal, and an anionic valuable metal. The biomass using the strain according to the present invention has very excellent adsorption functions and affinity with respect to anionic materials, and has a rapid adsorption reaction speed. The Aeromonas caviae JB-014 strain and the biomass according to the present invention can be very useful as a bio-adsorption material with respect to anionic dyes and metals.
