MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SURGICAL OPERATION NEEDLE AND THAT A TYPE OF BALL MANUFACTURED THEREFROM

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a surgical operation needle and a ball-type needle manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a surgical operation needle comprises: a first step of forming a front end portion of the needle in a blunt shape by hitting the front end portion with vibration of a hitting unit located in an upper portion and a lower portion; a second step of grinding a hit surface mark, formed by hitting in the prior step, on the blunt portion on the front end portion of the needle by grinding the hit surface mark with a rotated grinding roller installed on a rotation plate; a third step of forming a smooth surface and a ball-type needle front end in a round shape by sinking the ground surface mark, formed by the grinding action in the prior step, on the blunt portion of the needle front end portion in a solvent; and a fourth step of joining a rear end portion of the needle having the ball-type front end portion, formed by the sinking action in the prior step, to a hub. The ball-type needle has the body front end in the shape of a ball, which is not sharp but blunt, and has a snagging prevention part, which is easy to insert and extract and is inserted inside a withdrawal hole. When inserted into skin, the ball-type needle prevents hemorrhage by preventing a blood vessel from being damaged and enables both the person who performs surgery, and the person being operated on to have psychological stability.
