The present invention relates to a dry type Korean floor structure of a building, enabling heating piping of a building to be easily performed and efficiently preventing a noise between floors. According to the present invention, the dry type Korean floor structure of a building comprises: a piping panel where a pipe is installed; and a Korean floor panel installed on an upper side of the piping panel. The piping panel has sawdust or wood powder. The piping panel has a first pipe line formed in a first direction on an upper surface of the piping panel, a second pipe line formed in the perpendicular direction to the first pipe line, and a third pipe line connecting the first pipe line and the second pipe line and formed to have a circular arc shape. The Korean floor panel has a frame material composed of a material having high thermal conductivity.
