The present invention relates to an in vivo implantable and bioabsorbable medical device, comprising a drug releasing nanostructure. More specifically, the present invention relates to an in vivo implantable and bioabsorbable medical device, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The in vivo implantable and bioabsorbable medical device is coated with a biodegradable polymer substance containing a drug releasing nanostructure, which comprises: a core formed of a metal nanoparticle for providing power of the drug release by heating through the irradiation of near-infrared rays; and a mesoporous silica nanoshell for carrying and releasing the drugs. According to the present invention, the in vivo implantable and bioabsorbable medical device can prevent and treat vulnerable plaque and intravascular restenosis.
