The present invention relates to an X-ray apparatus to continuously detect a flaw of a small-sized article and, more specifically, relates to an X-ray apparatus to continuously detect a flaw of a small-sized article which detects a flow of small-sized articles transferred continuously through a conveyor with high-resolution. The X-ray apparatus to continuously detect the flow of the small-sized article comprises: a detection module (R) in which an X-ray tube (14) and a detector (15) are arranged; a conveyor module (11) which transfers a detection target (M) inside of the detection module (R); an inlet unit (12a) and an outlet unit (12b) arranged in the inlet and outlet of the detection module (R); a shielding member (31) arranged in the inlet (122) formed in the inlet unit (12a); and a fixing guide (112) formed in the conveyor module (11).
