The present invention relates to a mobile commerce system linked with a live broadcasting program which comprises: a TV terminal which outputs the received broadcasting program on a display unit and which is connected to a network connection device supporting internet connection; at least one mobile terminal which connects the network connection device; and a server device which stores mapping information to which the TV terminal connecting the network connection device and the mobile terminal are mapped and which transmits commerce information about the broadcasting program outputted through the TV terminal to the mobile terminal while the mapping information is effective.
