Provided is a composition for preventing, treating, or ameliorating symptoms of andropause, containing a composite extract of fenugreek and black ginseng as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention increases the content of testosterone in blood, suppresses oxidative stress, and improves motor ability and muscle endurance, thereby being effective in ameliorating symptoms of andropause.
