The present invention relates to a treatment system and method for recycling of petrochemical waste, which can treat petrochemical wastewater, generated in a petrochemical plant, by using a bioreactor and a separation membrane, thereby enabling petrochemical wastewater to be recycled as water for industrial use. According to the present invention, provided is the treatment system and method for recycling of petrochemical waste, in which a pretreatment system, a bioreactor using an immersion-type separation membrane, and a reverse osmosis (RO) facility are arranged side by side and a wastewater treatment process for removing contaminants and dissolved materials from petrochemical wastewater is performed, thereby enabling desirable quality water to be reclaimed from petrochemical wastewater, enabling the treated wastewater to be discharged without additional treatment, and enabling the treated wastewater to be recycled as water for industrial use in an area that lacks a water.
