A biosensor optical system for performing noninvasive blood glucose monitoring is disclosed. The system comprises a blood glucose measurement device and an analysis terminal. The blood glucose measurement device measures penetration light penetrating a glucose detection plasmonic biosensor when saliva collected from a person to be measured flows through a fluid channel applied with an induced film having a compound selectively responding to glucose of a sample. The analysis terminal determines types and concentration of a sample through a sample analysis by receiving measurement data measured by the blood glucose measurement device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
