Disclosed is a skin care system connecting a skin condition sensing function and a mobile communication function, which connects a skin contact type sensing device, sensing skin conditions and environment information in real time, and an application program of a mobile communication device such that a user can confirm skin conditions in real time and professionally care users skin. The skin care system connecting a skin condition sensing function and a mobile communication function according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a skin contact type sensing device which senses and selectively displays users skin conditions and surrounding environment in real time or in a preset time unit, and generates skin condition information and surrounding environment information; and a mobile communication device which generates and displays a skin care tips message and a skin damage risk warning and transmitting message according to the skin condition information, the surrounding environment information, and weather forecast information through an application program; and a management server which provides, to the mobile communication device, preset skin care information corresponding to the skin condition information, the surrounding environment information, and the weather forecast information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
