The present invention relates to a different inspection line-included immunochromatographic strip, a pregnancy diagnosis kit comprising the immunochromatographic strip, and a method for performing a qualitative or quantitative analysis on human chorionic gonadotropin in a testing object using the same. The immunochromatographic strip for pregnancy diagnosis including different inspection lines, and it is possible to overcome difficulties due to false negativity by a hook phenomenon when quantitatively measuring high concentration human chorionic gonadotropin. In addition, qualitative pregnancy diagnosis as well as highly reliable quantitative analysis are possible with naked eyes in a quick and convenient way.
