The present invention relates to a plastic card including a carbon fiber sheet decoration. According to the present invention, the durability of the plastic card as a whole is enhanced by a carbon fiber sheet being inserted and thermally compressed between transparent synthetic resin sheets and the plastic card can be given high quality and high functionality and decorated with a beautiful carbon fiber pattern. The plastic card including a carbon fiber sheet decoration according to the present invention is achieved by a method for manufacturing a plastic card including a carbon fiber sheet decoration including: a decorative sheet (11) manufacturing step in which a carbon fiber sheet (1) is inserted, heated, and pressurized between transparent synthetic resin sheets (11a) for the carbon fiber sheet (1) to be integrally fixed between the slightly melted transparent synthetic resin sheets (11a); a step in which a transparent upper printing sheet (12a) and a transparent upper coating sheet (13a) are stacked on the decorative sheet (11) and a black base sheet (11b), a black lower printing sheet (12b), and a black lower coating sheet (13b) are stacked and combined in this order beneath the decorative sheet (11); a step in which the combined synthetic resin sheets are heated, pressurized, and laminated; and a step in which the laminated sheet is cooled and cut along the outer shape of the card.
