The present invention relates to a three-dimensional embroidery method using a wood rock and a three-dimensional embroidery pattern decoration fabric manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, a part corresponding to a planar pattern is primarily embroidered first and then a part corresponding to a three-dimensional pattern is secondarily embroidered with a wood rock (styrofoam). Then, the textile fabric primarily and secondarily embroidered is washed with a petroleum-based solvent capable of dissolving the wood rock (styrofoam) so that a three-dimensional embroidery pattern portion having a soft volume can be formed at the secondarily embroidered part. The present invention includes: a first embroidery step in which primary embroidery is performed on the part corresponding to the planar pattern in the overall embroidery pattern embroidered on the textile fabric in a predetermined pattern; a step in which the wood rock having a predetermined thickness is stacked on and fixed to the textile fabric after the primary embroidery is completed in the first embroidery step; a second embroidery step in which secondary embroidery is performed with the wood rock on the part of the overall embroidery pattern corresponding to the three-dimensional pattern, the overall embroidery pattern being embroidered on the textile fabric where the wood rock is stacked and fixed; and a step in which the textile fabric secondarily embroidered with the wood rock in the second embroidery step is washed by the use of the petroleum-based solvent, the wood rock is dissolved by the petroleum-based solvent, and a space portion is formed inside the secondarily embroidered part as a result of the dissolution, the three-dimensional embroidery pattern portion having the volume being formed by that space portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
