Provided is an animal welfare type assist device which allows animals raised in a limited space to play. The animal welfare type assist device (100) of the present invention comprises: a fixating pipe (131) to which a mineral block is installed; a body part (110) combined to both sides of the fixating pipe, and composed of an elastic member; and a fixating means to fixate the body part to a pen.
