The present invention relates to a barrier panel bonding apparatus, a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional image display device by using the barrier panel bonding apparatus, a method for aligning a barrier panel by using the barrier panel bonding apparatus, a three-dimensional image display device manufactured by using the barrier panel bonding apparatus, and a three-dimensional image display device manufactured by using the method for manufacturing a three-dimensional image display device, which can maximize convenience when manufacturing a three-dimensional image display device. Provided is the barrier panel bonding apparatus comprising: a first support on which an image panel is seated; a second support on which a barrier panel is seated to face the image panel seated on the first support, which is disposed over the first support, and which includes a transparent region; a first location adjustment unit which relatively varies a location of at least one of the first and second supports; and a first camera which is disposed over the second support, and which monitors the barrier panel through the transparent region of the second support. Also provided are the method for manufacturing a three-dimensional image display device by using the barrier panel bonding apparatus, the method for aligning a barrier panel by using the barrier panel bonding apparatus, the three-dimensional image display device manufactured by using the barrier panel bonding apparatus, and the three-dimensional image display device manufactured by using the method for manufacturing a three-dimensional image display device.
