The present invention relates to a plating type injection mold having a tunnel gate structure which improves separation between an injection molded product and a tunnel gate resin. More particularly, the plating type injection mold (10) has a tunnel gate structure for molding an injection molded product from a molten resin injected from an injection molding machine and then filling a cavity (11) by way of a sprue (11), runner (120) and a gate (131) connected to the runner (120). In the plating type injection mold, the portion connected to the cavity of the gate (131) is formed to have a broad area on its plane and a narrow gap between the upper part and lower part, a joint molding portion (140) is formed so that the portion between the runner (120) and the gate (131) is formed to have a broad area on its plane and a narrow gap between the upper part and lower part, and a heating member (200) adjacent to the tunnel gate (100) is installed at one side inside the mold (10). Thus, the plating type injection mold has a simple structure and maintains unique purposes of a plating type injection mold.
