According to an aspect of the present invention, provided are an accident information management apparatus, a vehicle having the same, and a control method thereof, wherein the accident information management apparatus can acquire information relative to an accident from a black box image of a surrounding vehicle through direct communication between vehicles when the accident occurs. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle comprises: a communication unit having an array antenna which has a plurality of antenna elements transmitting and receiving a signal and a beam former forming a beam pattern focused toward a specific direction by controlling a phase of the signal transmitted from the antenna elements; and a control unit controlling the communication unit to transmit a required signal of information relative to an accident by enabling the beam pattern to be focused toward a surrounding vehicle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
