The present invention relates to a creation supporting system for off-site consequence analysis and risk management and, more specifically, to a creation supporting system for off-site consequence analysis and risk management, which allows a user to make out an off-site consequence evaluation sheet about a place of business dealing in chemicals and a risk management plan according to a prescribed form, and which automatically evaluate and provide the extent of damage and risk caused by accidents such as leakage of the chemicals, a fire, and diffusion of toxicity. The creation supporting system comprises: a business place information input unit configured to receive information on a business place where chemicals are dealt in; a risk evaluation unit configured to evaluate a damage extent an a risk level of multiple types of possible accidents in a dangerous facility in the business place; and a report generation unit configured to generate a report in a preset format with the information received by the business place information input unit and the damage extent and risk level evaluated by the risk evaluation unit. Thus, the creation supporting system enables a user to write a report in a prescribed format including the extent of damage and risk level caused by the business place and the dangerous facility more easily and conveniently.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
