摘要

The present invention relates to a four-color image sensor, a method for manufacturing a four-color image sensor, and a four-color image sensor manufactured by using the method, in which IR pixels responsible for representing one of four colors are unevenly arranged, thereby overcoming deterioration of resolution caused by reading a G-color image and an IR-color image once for every two lines in a column or row direction. The four-color image sensor according to the present invention comprises: a first basic unit pixel region which is defined to sequentially dispose Gr, R, IR, and B pixels in a region, divided into four portions, in a clockwise direction; and a second basic unit pixel region which is defined to dispose IR, R, Gb, and B pixels; and a third basic unit pixel regions which is defined to dispose Gr, R, Gb, and B pixels.
