The present invention relates to an ammonia deaerator. The ammonia deaerator comprises: an ammonia stripping tank for forming a multilayer water surface by a multilayer stacking type separation cell, increasing a gas-liquid contact area due to smooth stirring and high material transferring and inducing tubular fluid flowing, thereby stripping ammonia from waste water with a high solid concentration; a biological water treatment tank formed of a nitrification tank for removing an organic matter and nitrifying ammonia with high efficiency by increasing oxygen dissolution efficiency by increasing a contact area between treated water and bubble while treated water in which ammonia is stripped and a gas flow inside a reactor to sequentially pass through a sludge separation plate divided in vertical multi-stages by a separation cell, an anoxic tank in which nitrified nitrogen is denitrified, and a precipitation tank; and an ammonia recovery device for recovering stripped ammonia and a phosphorus removal and recovery device for removing and recovering phosphorus contained in treated water discharged from a biological water treatment tank.
