Disclosed by the present invention are a handrail safety device and a stairs type movable worktable including the same, which ensures a safe workplace. The handrail safety device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bracket which enables legs of a foldable handrail, connected with the lower part of an attachment plate through a hinge, to be drawn in or out to the internal space through an opening unit formed with the attachment plate of being attached to the lateral side of the main body of the stairs type movable worktable and first and second fixed plates of protruding from both sides of the attachment plate to the lateral side; a fixing pin which is inserted and combined with a fixing pin hole formed in the first and second fixed plates; and a fixing ring which is connected with a part bent toward the front side through a hinge at an end of the second fixed plate and has a shape in which a lower part is extended lengthily and an upper part is inclined at a predetermined angle. The upper end part of the fixing ring can be inserted into a fixing groove which is open downwards by a hanging unit included at an upper end of the first fixed plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
