The present invention relates to a total inspection of an outdoor signboard and to a method for managing outdoor advertisement using a smartphone. The method includes: a step of transmitting outdoor signboard information (S1); a step of separating the outdoor signboard in accordance with the size (S10); a step of storing outdoor signboard information in a quick response (QR) by building a database (S50); a step of transmitting outdoor signboard information (S52); a step of classifying an illegal signboard (S53); a step of transmitting the classified signboard (S54); and a step of processing administration (S55).
