The present invention relates to a system for monitoring an unusual situation using biometric information and CCTV. More specifically, the system for monitoring an unusual situation using biometric information and CCTV according to the present invention can determine if an unusual situation occurs by using biometric information of a wearer inputted from a wearable device, and photograph and store an unusual situation around the wearable device by controlling a CCTV apparatus, and transmit photographed image information and biometric information related to the unusual situation to a manager or a guardian, thereby allowing a situation of the wearer of a wearable device to be checked in real time and allowing an unusual situation to be rapidly dealt with if the unusual situation occurs, and allowing to be utilized as evidence information if an investigation into the unusual situation of the wearer of a wearable device is required. The system for monitoring an unusual situation using biometric information and CCTV according to the present invention comprises: a wearable device for obtaining and transmitting biometric information and movement information; a monitoring device for determining if an unusual situation occurs by using the information transmitted from the wearable device; and a CCTV apparatus, controlled by the monitoring device, for photographing an unusual situation around the wearable device for a predetermined amount of time and then transmitting the photographed situations to the monitoring device so as to be stored, if an unusual situation occurs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
