The present invention relates to a prefabricated concrete retaining wall using a recycled aggregate and a construction method thereof, which can improve stability of a retaining wall by using a recycled aggregate as a block material to reduce a manufacturing and construction cost, and displaying a great support force with respect to earth pressure through a structure and solidarity between a front wall unit and an anchor means. According to the present invention, the prefabricated concrete retaining wall using a recycled aggregate comprises: a front wall unit (100); and an anchor means (200).
