The present invention relates to a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)-based system for multilane over-speed regulation using a radar sensor and a low-resolution camera. According to the present invention, electromagnetic pulses are emitted by using a radar sensor, electromagnetic pulses reflected by vehicles running in a detection region on a multilane road are received, speeds of the vehicles are measured, and videos are photographed by using a low-resolution camera.
