摘要

The present invention relates to a high performance cement concrete composition using a solid-liquid separation dried material from photovoltaic silicon wafer waste sludge and a method for producing the same. The high performance cement concrete composition comprises 3-38 wt% of a cement binder, 20-70 wt% of a fine aggregate, 10-60 wt% of a coarse aggregate, and 0.1-10 wt% of water. The cement binder includes 20-80 wt% of Portland 1 to 5 cement, 1-50 wt% of a solid-liquid separation dried material from silicon wafer waste sludge, 1-15 wt% of anhydrite, 0.01-5 wt% of a plasticizer, and 0.01-5 wt% of an antifoaming agent. The present invention has effects of using a solid-liquid separation dried material from silicon wafer waste sludge, an industrial byproduct, in a cement binder to be useful in terms of recycling of an industrial byproduct, and improving workability and initial reactivity to improve initial intensity expression and durability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
