Disclosed are a precise section watertightness test device for a synthetic resin corrugated pipe and a precise section watertightness test method using the same, capable of testing the entire watertightness of a synthetic resin corrugated pipe installed to form a plurality of lines and a plurality of layers in order to lay cables such as electric wires or communication cables underground using a pneumatic pressure. The present invention is capable of reducing construction time of a synthetic resin corrugated pipe; fundamentally preventing a sink hole around a laying place of the synthetic resin corrugated pipe by making the synthetic resin corrugated pipe laid underground in a perfect watertight state, fundamentally preventing an electric power accident; and progressing with a watertightness test on the synthetic resin corrugated pipe in a more safe environment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
