The present invention is a self-cluster wherein cinnamoyl polymeric β cyclodextrin (CinPβCD) and cinnamoyl pluronic F127 (CinPlu) are combined with intermolecular hydrophobic interaction. A pluronic chain is hydrophobized according to temperature increase and interacts with a cavity of a β cyclodextrin residue. Therefore, a drug included in the cavity of the β cyclodextrin residue can be discharged. Thus, the self-cluster of the present invention functions as a thermo-responsive molecular syringe since the pluronic chain which is thermally hydrophobized functions as a piston and the cavity of the β cyclodextrin residue functions as a cylinder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
