The present invention relates to a radiation detector, a radiography device including the same, an automatic exposure control method thereof, and a radiography method and, more specifically, a radiation detector having an automatic exposure control function, a radiography device including the same, an automatic exposure control method thereof, and a radiography method. The radiation detector according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise: a photoconductive layer to produce an electric charge by absorbing radiation passing through an object; an upper electrode formed on the photoconductive layer; a high voltage supply unit to supply high voltage to the upper electrode; an electric charge collection unit to collect the electric charge by being located on the lower side of the photoconductive layer; a circuit unit to extract quantity of the electric charge from the electric charge collection unit by being connected to the electric charge collection unit; and an automatic exposure control unit to calculate current generated in the photoconductive layer by being electrically connected to the upper electrode and to generate a control signal to control irradiation amounts of the radiation in response to the current.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
