The present invention relates to a flow rate observation system of a dry stream. A flow rate observation system integrating a lighting device and a discharge image recording device (CCTV) is installed in a lower portion of a bridge of a dry stream of Jeju-do. Therefore, the present invention accurately observes and monitors a discharge amount of the dry stream captured by the CCTV in daytime and nighttime using the lighting device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
