The present invention relates to a management device for a vehicle moved based on a GPS and a digital map, and more specifically, to a management device for a vehicle moved based on a GPS and a digital map, wherein the management device can prevent a vehicle from being stolen as well as manage a moving path of the vehicle by detecting if the vehicle drives a preset moving path, based on the digital map and location information of the vehicle during a moving process from a starting point to an arrival point that the vehicle moves. The management device for a vehicle moving from a starting point toward an arrival point according to the present invention comprises: a reference path setting unit for setting a reference path of the shortest distance or the shortest amount of time on the digital map based on the starting point and the arrival point; a location information acquirement unit for acquiring location information of the vehicle via a GPS installed in the vehicle; and a moving path monitoring unit for monitoring if a moving path of the vehicle deviates from the reference path via the location information of the vehicle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
