The present invention relates to a partnership type transport vehicle rental system which can flexibly respond to the request of each user and converge the advantages of reasonable and efficient transport services. The partnership type transport vehicle rental system comprises: a communication unit for exchanging information with a user terminal and a target vehicle through a relay network; and a server unit including a vehicle management unit for assigning at least one vehicle as the target vehicle and collecting the location information of the target vehicle through the communication unit, a user management unit for receiving a request for a base from at least one user terminal and collecting the location information of each user terminal through the communication unit, a path setting unit for setting a basic path for an optimal path or a shortest path from a departure point to a destination and changing the path through the addition of the the base by determining the request of a subordinated user, and a fee calculation unit for calculating and distributing the investment amount of each user. The user management unit sets the users using one target vehicle as one user group.
