The present invention relates to a method of dealing with traditional practices of the construction industry by objectively computing resources and judging defects of a building. According to an embodiment, the method comprises: (a) a step in which a terminal executes an image acquisition module or a voice acquisition module to acquire images or voice about field research items for a field study about a certain building, and selects images or voice among the acquired images and voice; (b) a step including a process (i) in which the terminal corresponds the acquired image or voice to the field research items, if at least parts of the acquired images or voice are selected or acquired by the image acquisition module or voice acquisition module, and a process (ii) in which the terminal corresponds the spatial information about the certain building to information about where the images or voice are acquired.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
