The method comprises: an application downloading step of enabling a client who needs psychological counseling to download a psychological counseling application including a person-in-the-rain (PITR) by using a client terminal (S100); a member registering step of enabling the client to open the downloaded psychological counseling application and perform member registration while inputting identify information (S200); a PITR making/transmitting step of making PITR for testing an emotional state after the member registration, and transmitting a present state and the contents of (S300); a psychological counseling selecting step of enabling a psychological administrator or counselor to interpret the PITR transmitted from the registered member, and to select trouble counseling or professional psychological counseling while anonymously communicating with the member (S400); and a trouble solving step of solving a trouble while publishing individuals′ writing on a homepage of the psychological administrator or counselor and communicating with a plurality of members when the psychological administrator or counselor selects the trouble counseling while anonymously communicating with the member, or solving the trouble while consulting the trouble in real time, based on the contents of PITR made and transmitted from the member, when the psychological administrator or counselor selects the professional psychological counseling while anonymously communicating with the member (S500).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
